Dr Creaney has worked as a Team Doctor in Football, Rugby and Athletics. He also regularly sees Professional Footballers in his clinic at Spire Manchester & Spire Liverpool. This is often with the support of the PFA (Professional Footballers Association) who send active and retired players to see him. In the past he has worked with Shrewsbury Town FC, and currently works with LFC Women as a Team Doctor.
